The Story Of The Goodies Hub
A room that was always meant for making things

✔ 2009 -- A camera in secondary school, and the discovery that a photograph isn't a record of a day. It's the only way to keep it.
✔ 2022 -- The space begins its first life, opened as a studio by artist Sarah Tse. Good work has been made in this room from the very beginning.
✔ June 2026 -- We find it. Eleven hundred square feet, an L of windows, and a balcony. We stood in the middle of it and watched the afternoon light move across the floor -- and knew this wasn't a studio, it was a living room that happened to have very good light.
✔ July 2026 -- Our first session: an afternoon of play with a puppy turning three. Mostly it was just getting to know him. The photographs happened somewhere in the middle of that -- which is exactly how we hoped it would work.
✔ Today -- 3 bookings a week and many more to come (August 2026)
WHY "THE GOODIES HUB"
Photographers have a word for the frames worth keeping: the goods. The keeper. The one. This is the place we built for finding them -- and "goodies" felt right for a studio where half our clients accept payment in treats.

What We Believe
✔ Comfort is the method. Nobody -- pet, kid, or adult -- looks like themselves while feeling watched. Warmth first; the photograph follows.
✔ Intentional beats accidental. Anyone can take a thousand photos. We'd rather make twelve on purpose.
✔ Sunlight over strobes. Real light keeps real colour -- and nobody flinches.
✔ Today's version won't wait. Not the puppy ears, not the missing front teeth, not the season when everyone still lives at home. We treat every booking with that seriousness, and none of the stiffness.
Short Reprise
THE SPACE
1,100 square feet in [district], shaped by an L of windows that carries sunlight across the studio all day, with a balcony where nervous pets find their courage and toddlers find their second wind. It's a photography studio, but it's built like a living room -- on purpose.
